Harlequin is quite forward in delivering their stories in electronic format--available on eHarlequin.com as well as on the Sony Reader, the Kindle, and at various etailers. Perhaps some of those teens' mothers will give them a helping hand in getting familiar with eBooks!

New technologies offer us new choices. Preferences can be based on what we're "used to," so for many teens, they're pretty used to and comfortable with digital content. And then one can become used to new things by using them. I believe it is never too late to learn new tricks, no matter how old a dog I am!Isabel Swifthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10973619994786192444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27126042.post-18919829444753968922009-07-30T02:04:27.973-04:002009-07-30T02:04:27.973-04:00Do you see teens reading books or obtaining the st...Do you see teens reading books or obtaining the stories electronically as in iphones for example?Beth Grayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08272598447752624960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27126042.post-81428179254750129842009-07-22T15:51:17.002-04:002009-07-22T15:51:17.002-04:00Ms. Swift and Penn,

The process is to mail a query, synopsis and first chapter to her at Harlequin's New York address (Harlequin, Suite 1001, 233 Broadway, New York, NY 10279).

Interest in the line has been very strong--which is great--but Natashya noted that has meant she's had to ask for submitter's patience in terms of turnaround time on a response!

When you're checking out the eHarlequin website for any other specifics on this, take a look at Kimani Tru. I'm not up on what and how they are looking for material, but believe it's a multicultural young adult line that might be of interest to you as well.

Best,

ISIsabel Swifthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10973619994786192444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27126042.post-32162998973759952892009-07-20T01:16:55.443-04:002009-07-20T01:16:55.443-04:00Sorry, my question should read;
